We are looking for an experienced HR professional, with ideas, influencing skills and the boundless energy and project management skills needed to "get things done". You will work as a business partner with agency leadership teams and have a management role as part of our forward thinking and commercially focussed global HR team.
The pace of the role will be fast fast fast! With demands on your time from our various agencies in both the UK and US, this is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to develop your experience in a complex, multi-site, professional services business. The HR team works across the full scope of HR generalist activities with a special focus on talent acquisition, talent management and driving a high performance culture to enable us to support the business in achieving their ambitious growth plans.
