We have a regular full-time Project Coordinator position based in our Canada office at West 39th Street. You will be working with both our scientific and client service teams from all our office locations to support projects in a number of key areas.
The role covers aspects of:
- Database management
- Project management
- Resource management
- Financial administration
- Account administration
We are looking for people with an eye for detail, process driven and a flexible approach who can work with different people, often under pressure and to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, and good communication skills. You will need good interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to adapt to different situations and a willingness to learn.
The development opportunities from this interdisciplinary role are dependent on you. You could progress to the client service team, you may find your talents are better suited to editorial, you may even find your creative flair leads you to join our presentation support team.
