Project Coordinator

Caudex, a McCann Health Company, is a leading global medical communications agency with offices in the UK (London, Macclesfield, Oxford) and North America (New York, Montreal, Toronto). We are an established agency going through a period of unprecedented growth, and we are looking for people to join us at the grass roots of our company to become the Caudexians of tomorrow.

 You will be working with both our scientific and client service teams from all our office locations to support projects in a number of key areas.

The role covers aspects of:

· Project management

· Editorial assistance

· Resource management

· Financial administration

· Account administration

We are looking for people with an eye for detail, common sense and a flexible approach who can work with different people, often under pressure and to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a life science or related degree, be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, and possibly have a flair for the creative. You will need good interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to adapt to different situations and a willingness to learn.

The development opportunities from this interdisciplinary, entry-level role are dependent on you. You could progress to the client service team, you may find your talents are better suited to editorial, you may even find your creative flair leads you to join our presentation support team.
