We're looking for growth focused Client Service Director to build on this success and help us to continue to expand our client base as well as developing our existing relationships through exceptional strategy and delivery.
The Client Service Director role will involve leading the way in writing proposals, leading pitch teams and developing new accounts; setting the solid foundations for account teams to take forward and grow. In this high impact role, you will be front and centre of CMC Connects continued growth plan.
You will thrive on the variety and pace of working with a wide range of clients, therapy areas and service offerings and will relish the challenge of turning opportunities into successful new relationships.
You will have a passion for exploring clients' goals and providing solutions to achieve and exceed them, working as a strategic partner to the client and aligning our vision with theirs. You are looking for the chance to use your extensive experience in global medical communications to lead multi-disciplinary pitch teams in responding to new and exciting opportunities as well as developing the skills of the people that you lead.
You will be an inspirational, driven and credible leader with the ability to communicate a vision and take all stakeholders along your journey, including client teams, key opinion leaders and colleagues. Your exceptional presenting and writing skills will enable you to really bring to life the CMC Connect offering, matching our skills, experience and approach to the client's needs.
