Middleweight Presentations Specialist

As part of this growth we are looking for a Middleweight Presentations Specialist to join our Studio team in Macclesfield or Manchester, to apply their experience and creative skills to the production of a range of presentations and supporting materials, printed and electronic, on schedule and according to brief. The main elements to the role will be formatting scientific presentations to specific guidelines or house style for clients, creatively re-visualising and animating slide content, recreating figures in PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator and effectively proof-reading your own work for quality control. You will also liaise closely with editing teams to take in required amendments. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn your clients' preferences and influence thinking around best practice design. You may also be required to travel to international meetings to provide onsite support to clients. You will become the go-to person for all things presentations and will therefore play a pivotal role in managing expectations and delivering first class results.
We are looking for a highly creative, experienced and inventive presentations specialist with expertise in using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, plus Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Familiarity in using Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates will ideally have a background in graphic design but scientific degrees may also be considered for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be precise, technically skilled, conscientious and proactive, with excellent analytical, organisational and prioritisation skills with tight deadlines as well as great eye for detail and the ability to work in a team environment.
