Mid-Weight Developer

McCann Health Medical Communications is a leading global Medical Communications agency based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. We have an experienced multi-disciplinary Studio team that collaborates with all the agencies across our business to meet the needs of our clients.

We're looking for a talented Mid Weight Web Developer to join our Digital Production team within the Studio, and be responsible for the hands on development of a variety of online and offline digital solutions.  You will support with scoping out project requirements, designing and developing digital solutions and products, and providing ongoing support as needed to clients after the final project delivery.

You'll use your technical capability to provide creative and innovative solutions, whilst observing the relevant standards and procedures, and ensuring alignment to client requirements.  Your communication and team-working skills will enable you to build relationships with our clients and internal customers, keeping them updated and resolving any issues with a positive mentality.

You should be comfortable to contribute to the production of project documentation, and information architecture documentation, and ensure you provide accurate status feedback on deadlines and capacity.

In addition to the above, applicants should demonstrate an eagerness to share information, a flexible approach, and a willingness to take on board advice and ideas.  The following skills are required for the role:

Core skills: HTML5/CSS3, Wordpress, JavaScript, jQuery.
Desirable:, Developing in Responsive Frameworks, Angular4 and ReactJS
Additional: Server control panels (Plesk) MongDB
