McCann Health is a leading global medical communications agency. We have an experienced and talented Studio team that collaborates with all the agencies across our business to meet the needs of our clients.
As a Studio Administrator the successful candidate will work as a central part of this extremely busy team and be highly proactive, organised and efficient, with an ability to successfully multi-task whilst remaining calm under pressure.
The role of Studio Administrator includes administrative and financial support for Studio across the UK and US, as well as an interest in/aptitude for information management and reporting.
Main responsibilities include:
-Deal with general stationary requests, as required; regularly check paper stocks and assist with distribution, as necessary
-Check toner cartridges and distribute, as required; also, organise printer maintenance and call the engineer, as required
-Process and recording supplier invoices
-Process freelancer invoices
-Provide poster tubes and zap banners, and ensure that stock is regularly checked
-Photocopy, print and collate, as required
-Support Studio with day-to-day administration, as required
-Support for the planning of Studio events
Essential attributes also include: good oral/written communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, flexibility, conscientious and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
